Christmas scorcher days we, or at least Bea and I, absolutely adore! Too bad Alfred hates the heat.

Now a bit of trivia (courtesy of Alfred), Vikings never wore a helmet with horns on its sides. It was merely artists' interpretation that very well blended with fact in the years that came. Their helmets looked the same as this one, but without the horns.
Dad takes Bea and her cousins to see the Vikings exhibit on the National Maritime Museum.
